What’s the difference between a wedding planner and a coordinator?
Our planner is with you from start to finish - helping with budgeting, vendor sourcing, scheduling, and more. Our coordinator steps in closer to the wedding, usually 3 months before, to take over the logistics and manage the event on the actual day.

Can I hire you just for actual day coordination?
Of course! Our Actual Day Coordination Services is perfect for couples who have planned everything and need someone to run the show on the day itself.

How far in advance should I book your services?
Ideally, 12 months before your date if you engage us for full service and 6 months before for coordination service. For popular dates, earlier is better.

Can you help us plan a wedding on short notice?
Definitely, if our schedule allows. We’ve worked with timelines as short as 9 to 12 weeks. Let’s chat and see how we can help.

Do you manage overseas weddings or destination weddings?
No. Currently we only run weddings based locally in Singapore.

Will you take over vendor communication before the wedding day?
Yes. We will reach out to all vendors, confirm details, and serve as their point-of-contact on the day.

What is your working hours on the actual day?
There is no fixed hours tied to the services you engage. We arrive before the start of gatecrashing, or from the time set up begins at venue, and stay until the hand over is done at the end of event. Timing may vary depending on your program.

Are you involve in wedding rehearsal or march-in practice?
Yes, if our schedule allows. We recommend a rehearsal for church and/or ballroom weddings. We will guide the wedding party so everyone knows their cue.

Can you assist with cultural or religious ceremonies, like tea ceremony?
Yes. We will help manage the flow, timing, and required materials pertaining to local customs and your traditions.

What happens if I change my wedding date?
Date changes are subject to availability. If our schedule allows, we will transfer your booking without penalty.

Do you provide online planning tools or checklists?
Yes, we do. All clients receive access to our planning dashboard, custom checklists, and shared timelines via Google Drive.

What is your payment plans like?
A deposit is expected after confirmation of service engagement. The balance can be settled after the wedding day.

Of course! The first consultation call is complimentary. It’s a chance for us to understand your vision and explore whether we are the right fit for each other. No obligation, no hard sell.
