Although we engaged SYNPLICIFY just 1 month prior to the actual day, Elizabeth and Eileen were so efficient with planning and organising of the details for our wedding. They were also sharp with details and picked out on items we have missed out on.

On the actual day, they were constantly around and were there to take care of all the wedding details, as well as our needs (they even took care of our tummies and ensured that we had something to eat in between outfit changes)! The 2 ladies also went above and beyond with their service, helping to move stuff even though they did not have to.

“As early as the initial phone call conversation (non-obligatory) with Elizabeth of Synplicify, she understood what we want and helped us tremendously in wedding planning with her team that comprises of Eileen and Janssen. She gave us a lot of ideas and things to take note of during the initial meeting. Eileen too, went above and beyond for us handling all the little details, planning the step by step for the itinerary and informing us of the procedure for each and every important event like the tea ceremony, emceeing etc. After the initial meeting, we felt assured that the event would be well taken care of.

We had more meetings at the actual venue and had a test-drive of all the necessary things, like audio-visuals, details like how to hold the knife during cake cutting, champagne-popping strategies, march-in, and with additional help from Janssen.
